If in the event you experience significant fallout or just not satisfied with the result of your lashes we will be happy to offer a complimentary touch-up. The Beauty Qtique must be notified within 72 hours of leaving the appointment. After 72-hours complimentary fixes are no longer available. The complimentary appointment is up to 45 mins long & must be completed within a week of the initial appointment. The standard cancellation policy still applies (see Terms of Service). Any premature fallout outside of 72-hours is based upon clients lifestyle, aftercare methods or health which we will not be responsible for.
